Roadrunner Spotlight-Kara Glenn

1. Where are you from?

I am originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee.

2. What is your favorite movie?

Anything that can make me laugh until my stomach hurts is a favorite!

3. What are you currently reading?

I'm finishing Between the World & Me by Ta-Nahisi Coates. The book is a letter from the author to his 15-year old, black son.

4. What is your favorite thing about teaching at AE?

I am listening to Beyonce's new "Lemonade" album at least once a day so that I can know every word for the concert.

5.What is your favorite thing about teaching at AE?

I like learning about the different backgrounds of students & teacher/staff (when the opportunity arises). It really helps to understand who you're teaching/working with everyday. There are a lot of stories here.
