STRESS
What is it?
A state of mental or emotional strain/ tension resulting from a situation.
What Does it do to your mind and body?
You can receive headaches, stomach aches, and in some cases result in depression. You can also lose sleep from being stressed.
What are some Emotions or actions that result from stress?
The individual suffering from stress, may become very moody, and feel very lonely, depressed, and overwhelmed. They may sleep less/more, eat less/more, and attain nervous habits.
What agitates stress?
Stress can be produced from many factors. Sometimes it can be school related, for example tests, exams, and homework, Other factors could be the persons social life, or even their family life.
