Dear Families,
We did it! We have made it to Thanksgiving Break. This amazing accomplishment could not have been done without your continued support. Please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate all that you have done and continue to do to support with the remote learning process.
As we head into the Thanksgiving holiday, we pause to reflect on what we are most thankful for in our lives. We are fortunate to have the most caring, supportive, and creative staff. Their passion and dedication shine daily in all that they do. Thank you, staff!
To our students, our brilliant, resilient learners. Your energy and excitement illuminate the virtual classrooms daily. Your thoughtful questions, big smiles, and hard work make us proud and thankful we can share in your educational journey. Thank you, students!
To our families, we know that being a parent under the most perfect circumstances can be difficult, yet here you are in the middle of a pandemic giving it your all. We see you. We hear you. We support you. You are the most essential worker of all, and you will always have our respect. Thank you, families!
We wish you a joyous holiday. Please know that we will be thinking of you during this time. Stay safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing everyone after break for class, on Monday, November 30 at 7:50.
Warmest Regards,
Ms. Venegonia, Principal
Mrs. Leone, Associate Principal
From Our Waker Family to Yours, Happy Thanksgiving!

Parent Teacher Conferences Monday, November 23 we will be hosting conferences. If you still need to sign up, spots are available. Please contact your child's teacher with any questions. | Rainforest Virtual Assembly Today we had our first virtual assembly with Dave and Amy Freeman. We learned so much about the rain forest. We were able to see what it is like to live in the Amazon Rain Forest, pictures of animals, and hear animal sounds! This was a wonderful experience for all, and we look forward to more assemblies in the future. | Did you know? Here are some fun facts to share on Thanksgiving.
