Parent Schoology Accounts

We cannot thank you enough for the support you are providing your students as we all learn more in Schoology. Now that student and teacher accounts are up and running, we want to provide you with information about your parent account. Please check your student's NISD email account on Sept. 18.

You will receive an email with your student's Schoology Access Code and instructions for creating a parent account. If you are not able to access the email, you can reach out to your child's teacher for the access code. Schoology offers parents many options to view classwork, grades, and upcoming assignments. You can also check attendance, look for overdue assignments, and communicate with your student's teachers.

Attendance Change and Update

Please make sure your child is logging in everyday so they are counted as present.

Due to the change in calendar, the number of days a student can miss has changed by semester. Students can miss no more than 8 days of one period in the first semester before they run the risk of not earning credit.

First semester: 8 absences

Second semester: 10 absences

SAT Opportunity for Seniors

All 12th graders will have the opportunity to take the SAT for free, on campus and in-person on October 14, 2020. More information to come!
