Skate-Fit is the fusion of inline skating with fitness workouts. It is used to improve core stability, muscle strength and cardio/muscle endurance.
Classes consist of a warm up which mobilizes joints & muscles for the main workout ahead. All muscles are worked on in different angles to achieve the best and quickest results of toning, weight loss & cardio fitness. Each class lasts for an hour and all exercises are tailored to you fitness level. After the third week of attending you will physically feel the change in your fitness levels and be able to carry out everyday tasks more easily.
This is a great workout for those who have and haven't skated and both with develop beyond their present fitness and core balance levels in a fun & safe environment.
You will amazed at the level of our instructors who are just showing where you can get to if you take part in Skate-Fit on a weekly basis. Come take part!
