Food 4 Kids is Coming!
The Olive Chapel Elementary Food 4 Kids program will provide a weekend supply of nutritious food for children when school lunch and breakfast is unavailable over the weekend. Each food bag will contain 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 snacks, and 1 can of vegetables and 1 can of fruit. All food is nonperishable and provided to children FREE of charge. It is our hope these resources will support the health, behavior and achievement of every student that participates.
The program will be run by KidsCorps and wonderful volunteers who will help pack back packs each week. The program will be funded through school food drives and community donations.
Be on the lookout for more information about our first Food 4 Kids Food Drive. KidsCorps looks forward to working with staff, teachers and you for your children!
