We need your Feedback!

This school year, parents have expressed interest in learning more about computer and screen time concerns with early adolescent children. The Greene School PTO is working on a series that we feel will meet the needs we have heard.

We would love to plan this for the community, but recognize that it would take time and money to present these topics. The purpose of this form is to see if there is a desire from the Greene School Community to attend these events.

Here is the plan! We are working on a three part series. The first week we would view Screen Agers and then hold discussion groups for parents. The second week we would invite social medial guru, Stephen Smith, to the Greene School to talk to parents about internet safety. The third week our tech department would lead a training for parents to be able to control the off campus filter for student devices. All of the events would take place at the Greene School. Rather than charge admission, we would like to request a donation of canned goods or school supplies for Operation Give Back.

Here are the dates we would like to do this:

Screen Agers - April 2 at 6:00 pm

Stephen Smith - April 9 at 6:00 pm

Internet Filter Training - April 16 at 6:00 pm

Lost and Found

We again have many items in our Lost and Found. Please be sure to have your students look for their books, jackets, lunchboxes, etc. before the winter break.

As of Monday, December 17th, the Lost and Found will be located in the hallway outside the Main Office . Items will be on hangars and set on tables to make them easier to identify and find! Parents are welcome to come in and look also. Please keep in mind that any items left after Thursday, December 20th will be donated to local charities.
