Slovaks can vote on their presidents and can be a president if they go into the presidential race that is. The Slovakia government has given out .08 % of their country's total national income to foreign aid. Being the lowest in Europe. The Slovakians have had a rough history with other countries, the roughest being Germany and Russia.
