Resources to Support Kindness, Mindfulness & Gratitude
Mindfulness Activity: “MIND FULL of the present”
1. Find a family member that you can practice mindfulness with today.
2. Listen to the video below.
3. Time to reflect! Does your body feel calmer and in the present moment when you are done?
4. Continue to practice your breathing, especially on days that you may be feeling sad, angry or anxious.
When something is "BUGGING ME"
It is important to communicate your feelings BUT remember, communicating your feelings respectfully is equally important.
1. Draw a bug like the one below.
2. In the center of the bug, write some different coping strategies that can be used when you feel that someone is bugging you.
3. Around the bug, practice different "I" messages that you can use when feeling different emotions.
