Regional School District No. 6
Principal's Message for April 6, 2017
My best wishes to all of you as we head into April break. I hope that you all find time to relax, enjoy each other's company, and rejuvenate. I look forward to seeing everyone back at school on April 17th. Just a reminder - we will take a whole school field trip to the Eric Sloane Museum in Kent on Tuesday, April 18th. If you haven't already done so, please send your child's permission slip to school as soon as possible.
I am headed to Nature's Classroom now, where I get to enjoy the evening activities with the 6th graders and spend the night. I was also there this morning, and I can assure you that everyone was having a great time, even with the cold, wet day!
Angela Rossbach, Ed.D.

The first week of the trip will be spent exploring the Silva Maya on the Yucatan Peninsula, with an emphasis on studying wildlife biodiversity. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to scuba dive while in Akumal, where they will collect data on sea turtle migrations. Seeds of Dreams Seed CO
Created by the Warren School Fifth and Sixth Grade 2016
The mission of Seeds of Dreams Seed CO is to provide organic, raw, nutritional Harvest of Dreams sunflower seeds and reach out to help others in need. Through the purchase of the seed packets, our plan is to continue our support to local soup kitchens and food banks and to support the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) through donations raised.
This project was started and coordinated by 6th graders. All K-6 students are helping to weigh seeds and make packets.
We hope you'll support this project by purchasing seeds using this order form.
