- Compare and order numbers through 999,999 and represent the comparison using the symbols >, =, or <.
- I can determine when a number (up to 999,999) is greater than, less than, or equal to another number and record the comparison using the symbols >, <, or =.
- I can explain the process for determining whether a multi-digit number is greater than, less than, or equal to another number.
- I can order a group of numbers from greatest to least and/or least to greatest.
READING Learning Target
- Reading Learning Focus: Readers pay close attention to how the author uses figurative language to shape meaning and style.
- I can tell the meaning of words and phrases .
