Cup Stacking is a great SPORT and it allows you to gain motor skills and focus on the task in front of you. We will have a Guinness World Record Day in November at Harrison Elementary.
If you would like to purchase a set of Speed Stacking Cups you can do that at school. Sets will be available on a first come first serve basis. Your purchases will help our school fund our Physical Education and Health program as we will receive a 15% bonus on every set you purchase. Click HERE for information to purchase!
Watch out Guinness Book of World Records! Here come the Harrison Elementary EXPLORERS!
This is a fun physical fitness activity is also combined with a food drive. All food will be donated to our local food bank, Your Place at the Table (YPATT), right here in Mullica Hill, and benefits local families 100%. The event starts the week of November 4th (although food can be sent in prior), and ends on November 15th. Following are the specific foods being asked for each grade level:
Preschool/Kindergarten: Canned Tuna or Chicken, Rice, Spaghettios
1st Grade: Boxed potatoes, Applesauce, Oatmeal
2nd Grade: Pancake Mix, Pancake Syrup, Cereal
3rd Grade: Soup, Mac-n-Cheese, Boxed Pasta
Your generous and selfless donations can be sent in with your child or can be dropped off at the Main Office at Harrison Elementary.
TRUNK OR TREAT UPDATE:
We will be holding the Trunk or Treat this Sunday, October 27, 2019 Rain or Shine. In the event of rain we will move the event from our police department parking lot to the over hang on the rear of the large barn at the public works complex which faces the PVS grounds. Attendees should park in the municipal lot adjacent to PVS.
