ABOUT ME
Meet John Musyt! John has been a school counselor with the Act 89 NPSS Program since 1976. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Scranton in 1974 and continued his education earning his Master of Science Degree in Secondary Guidance in 1976. He later went on to receive his Elementary Certification in school counseling from Marywood University in 1987. Today, you can find him at Notre Dame Junior/Senior High School in East Stroudsburg, PA.
On a personal note, John and his wife Jacqueline celebrated their 40th wedding Anniversary this past August. They have been blessed with two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dr. Jonathan and his wife Dr. Jennifer (who work for the Lancaster General Medical Group) and Jeffrey (a Ph.D. candidate in math at the U. of Oregon). John has coached baseball from Little League through American Legion for 20 years and junior high basketball for 18 years. He is the D.R.E. in his parish and currently studying to be a Permanent Deacon in his spare time.
Thank you, John, for all you do for NPSS!
