We are moving toward second grade!!!

Reading and Writing:

Reading and Writing:

We are reading narrative texts and discussing characters, setting, problem and solution.


In Writing we will be working on Super Hero Narrative Stories. When they are completed we will be sharing them with Kindergarten.

Math

We have been working on 2 digit and 1 digit addition equations. We are also subtracting multiples of 10. We are moving into the Associative property.

Social Studies

We will spend the rest of the year learning about West Warwick History.

We will be going to Casey Farms on May 16th. We will be visiting the farm and our chickens that we hatched!
