CONSCIOUS DISCIPLINE - Corner

Parents, are you interested in learning about self regulation and how to help your child develop this skill? Below you will find an interactive resource to support you when your child is triggered and life doesn't go his or her way.

We have all heard how we must put our own oxygen mask on first when flying. This resource will teach you as the adult how to ensure you are able to remain in your highest brain state, even when life doesn’t go your way, so you can model the steps to self regulation for your child.

This interactive Safe Place will not only teach you more about self regulation but it is a resource for your child when he/she needs to practice this critical skill.

Let’s go! Dive into the resource below to begin your journey of self regulation! You got this!
