Staff Notes:
- Super Bowl Week: Watch the Staff lounge for a fun 'soft money' game (for staff only) to write your name in a square and fill free to fill in any other fun Super Bowl activities with students this next week!
- Little Ski Hill Kids: Thank you to all of you who took a night to 'check off' the Little Ski Hill School Program kids. When it's your day, simply ask for the clipboard in the office and check off kids/send them to the bus as soon as you can. Just note any missing kids on the clipboard. Extra riders can ride as long as there is room on the bus so I have them go to the end of the line. Write in their names on your list so we know who is on the bus. There is typically always room for extra kids who want to go to the hill; just make sure they have their gear out there or have a plan and write them on the clipboard.
- 2nd Observations: Many of you love to get these out of the way. If you are doing some fun, crazy, or just want me to come observe for a specific lesson/time, send me your date/time and I'll see if I can make it work. Otherwise, just know I have started walking into rooms and doing the final #2 round of observations!
- Science 20-21: The district is on track to adopt a new science curriculum for the 20-21 school year. Here are the links for more information on the two 'being considered' programs: Caroline: www.carolina.com/bbs3dreview and STEMscopes: https://n11060d147375.acceleratelearning.com/login UserID: PickDavi2 Password: science
- Dr. Seuss Day: We will celebrate on Monday, March 2nd all day in school. The day will be 'Dress Up in your favorite Dr. Seuss Character Day', we will do an Eagle Eye reward to borrow out some hats, and have a school wide 'READ IN' from 8:15-8:35 where everyone (including adults) has to stop and read! Other ideas are up to teachers...buddy classroom reading pals, invite guest readers in, Dr. Seuss art or writing, reading parties, etc. We will be sure to make it ONE big, fun day!
Our Geo Bee Champion, Ethan (Ms. Baldrica's class)!
Congrats to Ethan and to Runner Up, Finn and 3rd place finisher, Willa.
Look at our BLOOMERS!
