Dear Area 31 Entrepreneurs and Friends,
The teams that will take part in the 6th edition of IE Business School's Startup Incubator in Area 31 have already been announced. Curious to see who they are? Check them out on our blog! We're very much looking forward to spending the next six months with them.
On Monday, June 8th, SCIEF organizes in Area 31 the 2nd Edition of “What is Out There?” Competition, with entrepreneurs from all around the world showcasing their social innovation solutions. On Wednesday, Area 31 will host Iniciador, where Javier Megías will help us get in the shoes of an investor. Go Beyond will organize their Angel Investors' forum on Thursday featuring Area 31 startups. And following their pitching slam, our IE Venture Network goes social! Three Social Ventures will pitch this Thursday at 7pm in front of impact investors. Don't miss Venture Network's Social Entrepreneurship vertical!
And, last but not least, on our opportunities section, 50% off for the upcoming Hackathon that IBM will run focused on the Internet of Things. They're also looking for management profiles so don't be discouraged if you can't code.

What is out there? SCIEF's Competition

On Monday SCIEF organizes the 2nd Edition of “What is Out There?” Competition, with entrepreneurs from all around the world. The 6 finalists will explain their Social Impact projects and later we will have a round table on “Real cases on Impact Finance. How impact finance can change the world", Dr. Faisal M. Atbani. Ph.D in International Financial Regulation will present the book Social Impact Finance, the 3rd book published by SCIEF. Read more and register here.

Our weekly informal gathering goes social this week. Selected Social Ventures will pitch in front of Impact Investors.
