Focus on Staff Wellness
Please take some time for self-care.
Keeping balance, best we can.
Dear Staff,
This too shall pass! However, it is for many the most challenging time in their lives as they manage the chaos, uncertainty, new challenges and losses due to COVID-19. We wanted to take a moment to share some resources that might be helpful to you and your families. Everyone deals with a crisis in their own way and can feel a myriad of different things as we try to make sense of our current circumstances. We value our people and want to ensure you have supports and resources for your own well-being. We must take care of ourselves before we can take care of others.
Please take good care of yourselves!
