RE-ENROLLMENT & FINANCIAL AID FOR 2016-2017

Priority deadline to be considered for the 1st round of financial aid is April 15th. FACTS is taking about two weeks to process right now, so please make sure you account for the processing time. All supporting documents as well as your registration fee must be paid in order to be considered for financial aid for the first round. Awards will be announced in May. After April 15th, applications will be considered for the summer financial aid round with awards announced in July.

THE OFFICE WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 6PM ON TUESDAY, 4/5, AND THURSDAY, 4/7 TO HELP ANYONE THAT STILL NEEDS HELP COMPLETING THEIR FINANCIAL AID. PLEASE BRING YOUR FACTS LOGIN INFO AND TAX DOCUMENTS.

  • Safe Environments Class-Please CLICK HERE to see the Diocesan Safe Environments Training Calendar. VOLUNTEERS FOR ALL SCHOOL AND CHURCH EVENTS MUST BE SAFE ENVIRONMENTS TRAINED FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL YOUTH. WITH SEVERAL SCHOOL EVENTS COMING UP, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN COMPLIANCE, OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VOLUNTEER. New program roll out date has moved to July 1st!
  • Lifetouch-If you have not already done so, please return your Spring pictures and payments. We will be mailing out the money forms this week. Thanks!
  • Raiders on the Run-Don't forget that each family is required to sign up two people for the run. You can sign up by CLICKING HERE. If you have any questions about this, please contact the school office.
  • Spirit Day-is Wednesday! Students may come to school in their spirit gear. Let's see that Raider spirit!


  • Noon Dismissal-We will have a noon dismissal on Friday, April 15th. There WILL be Extended Care for those families that need it.
  • Talent Show-We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Talent Show at the end of May this school year. Please be on the look out for audition information that will be coming out soon from Mr.Murillo and start thinking about which talent you would like to share!

During this Holy Year of Mercy, a Jubilee for young Boys and Girls will be held on Sunday, April 24th. The fittingness of such a celebration becomes apparent as we reflect on the role that boys and girls have played in salvation history. -Father John Cameron

VOLUNTEER HOURS

Volunteer Hours Deadline has been Extended to Monday, May 9th. After this day, your account will be invoiced $15/hr for any outstanding hours that has not been fulfilled for your 30 hours family mandatory requirement. If you are still in need of hours, consider volunteering for the Church's Cinco de Mayo Jamaica. All hours volunteered for this parish event will count for your school hours. VOLUNTEERING FOR CLEAN UP FOR THIS EVENT WILL COUNT FOR DOUBLE HOURS. If you would like to volunteer, please call the school office.

FAMILY NIGHT

Next Family Night is scheduled for Wednesday, April 20th. Please be on the look out for the information coming soon.

KUDOS TO Claudia Perez for her spirited invitation of inviting all masses to come over to the school after mass for breakfast! We appreciate your leadership serving as the head of the Breakfast Committee.

we now have a working flag pole and this would not have been done without the vision and support from the dad's club. Thank you for working on this and we are excited to see the American flag wave in front of the school again!
