Academic Smart Goals
My academic smart goal is to get 85%+ in every class and graduate high school with honors. I also want an 85%+ in all math’s and sciences I take. This is important to me because out of the many professions I have chosen as a possible career for myself, math and science are important.
I will measure how I know I am getting an 85% average and 85% in math and science by always checking my test and assignments and keeping track of what marks I got on those. I will also keep track of all the mark updates my teachers give me and also keep track of midterm and final marks.
To achieve my goal of getting honors with an 85%+ I will study diligently and always do my homework every day. I will also always study for me test and start studying for them 3 days ahead. I will also get the proper amount of sleep because the amount of sleep also affects how you think and learn.
This important because if I get a good average in high school I will get in to a good university. If I get into university that means I will be in a good program and that means I will get a good job and make a lot of money.
To help achieve these goals I will make study schedule and spend one hour studying each subject. I will also study 1 hour a day for a test and for an exam 6-5 times a week. I will also do this for the remainder of high school. I will have to study harder in university. So I will change my study schedule.
Volunteer Smart Goals
My volunteer goal is to get at least 60 hours before I graduate. In the process of this I will help my community by volunteering at local places where I am needed such as a elder home or I will volunteer around school.
To get attest 80 hours I will first make a plan. That plan is I will do 20 hours each year. In grade 9 summer I did 20 hours and the plan is to do 20 hours for the rest of the 3 years. If I get at least 20 hours each year that means I will achieve my goal.
To achieve this goal I will have to focus on my job and be a good volunteer. I will also listen to what I am told do and do It. Also to achieve this goal I will also to get as many hours in day as I can so I can try to finish them faster than my 4 year plan.
This relevant because first place you are required to do 40 hours to graduate. Also if you have a lot of hours university will accept you faster so it is good that you have a lot more than 40 hours. Also hours can give you experience for future jobs and that experience will help you get the job.
To do this I will try to do 20 hours each year this way I will get 80 hours by the end of high school. I will 1-2 each month of the year this way I will get around 20 hours in a year.
