Schedule Changes-(Schedule Change link below)
- Please use the schedule change forms if you would like to recommend a student for a schedule change.
- All schedule changes will be reviewed by the student's assigned Counselor and Assistant Principal.
- Please see student's assigned Counselor if you have a question/concern about a student in your course.
Counselor Referral Forms-(Counselor Referral link below)
- The Counselor Referral Form below is to use when you would like to refer a student to the Counseling office for a Counseling issue ( i.e personal issue, crisis, general counseling)
- Hard copies of the Counselor Referral forms were placed in your box this week. If you need extra copies of the Counselor Referral Form they will be available in the front of the Counseling Office with Mrs. Jeanette Perkins, Counseling Clerk.
Upcoming Test-InView-OCTOBER 2-ALL 6TH GRADE STUDENTS (More Inview information below)
Inview for 6th graders- WHAT IS INVIEW? InView is an abilities test for 6th grade students. These abilities are closely related to an individual’s success in school, so test results could be used to plan an effective instructional plan. InView tests critical cognitive abilities in verbal reasoning, nonverbal reasoning, and quantitative reasoning. InView helps with critical screening and identification of student placement, Gifted and Talented other special programs and services. Additionally, InView identifies students whose achievement is inconsistent with their abilities and provides a basis for effective parent-teacher conferences.
Test Administrator Training- Tuesday, September 23 in the Library
AM Training- 7:40-8:10
PM Training- 3:30-4:00
InView Test- Thursday, October 2 Time: 8:20- a.m.-10:40 a.m.
DATA PROCESSING UPDATES-Mrs. Paige Felter
Hi, teachers! Just a reminder that your 3-week progress report grades are due in Gradespeed by 3:45 on Monday, September 15th. On Tuesday, the 16th, you will need to verify those grades in PROG by 3:00. Please refer to the instructions in your blue folder and let me know if you have any questions. Progress reports will be distributed on Friday, the 19th, during 8th period. Once all of your students have signed that they received their progress reports, please return the sign-off sheet to me.
Also, it’s never too late for students to turn in their signed forms from the first day, especially the buff registration verification information forms. Please continue to turn those in to me as you get them back. Thank you!
