2018-2019 School Theme: Adventure Awaits! Explore the possibilities of learning!

Principal Message

Greetings Guzick Parents,

At Frank Guzick Elementary School, our students, teachers, and staff demonstrate H.E.A.R.T. every day and in everything that we do. What does H.E.A.R.T. mean? It means that we are Honest, we show Effort, we are Accountable for our actions, we are Respectful, and we are Trustworthy. We encourage you to partner with us to ensure that our students demonstrate the H.E.A.R.T. characteristics at school and at home. We look forward to an awesome 2018-2019 school year preparing your Guzick Giant student for academic and social success!

-Dr. Adreana Davis, Principal

Morning Arrival

One of our Giant Expectations is to be on time. The doors to our building open at 7:15am to ensure that all students are on time. Please have your child at school no later than 7:35am so they can be in class on time. We begin Breakfast in the Classroom and an instructional activity right at 7:45am. So please be on time.

If you are dropping your child off on the car drive, please pull around to the front of the building if you arrive at or after 7:45am.

Afternoon Dismissal

One of our Giant Expectations is to Be Prepared. Please note that our number one priority during afternoon dismissal is to ensure that ALL Guzick Giant students are dismissed safely at the end of the school day. Please note that all changes to a child's afternoon dismissal must be in writing or by calling the front office before 2:00pm on the day of the change.

Thank you in advance for ensuring that our students are dismissed safely each day!
