Hollywood Winter Dance

There is one more week to purchase your tickets to our Hollywood-themed Winter Dance! You can buy them through the PTO website at

https://orchardparkpto.membershiptoolkit.com/. There will be dancing, music, refreshments, and much more! As a reminder, due to limited space, we are asking that each student only bring one adult. We look forward to seeing you there soon!

Kids Heart Challenge

Our school had so much fun kicking off this year’s Kids Heart Challenge this week! We traveled the globe with this year’s heart heroes, who emphasized the importance of things like helping others, drinking water, getting enough sleep and saying NO to tobacco and vaping. BONUS: your student will get an awesome torch wristband just for joining and start collecting heart heroes while donating at Click Here to Register or using the KHC app.

Postcards Needed

Do you know friends and family living abroad? We are looking for postcards from different places outside the US as part of our upcoming One School, One Book. You can have friends and family send postcards addressed to OPES students. Please include in the postcard how the person is connected to our school. For example, "cousin of student name." We hope to display them around the building and read some on the morning announcements. Please send postcards to Orchard Park Elementary School, 474 Third Baxter Street, Fort Mill, SC 29708 USA. All postcards should be received by March 1, 2023.
