What's Happening?

What are we learning?
Math (Mrs. Lee's Class): We are finishing our unit on decimals. We will complete our study guides this week. The unit test is on Tuesday, 11/5
Science (Mrs. Lee's Class): We are finalizing our unit on Microorganisms. Students have started their study guides. This test will be on Thurs., 10/31
Social Studies: Students have started their WWI study guide. The test is tentatively scheduled for Monday, 11/4.
Writing: We are starting our informational writing unit. Students will be working on a writing focused on WWI during this unit.
Reading: We are continuing to learn about some "signposts" that help us comprehend nonfiction text at a higher level of complexity.
Word Study: word sorts focused on using syllable patterns to spell words correctly
