Dear Parents/Guardians,
All students must be compliant with the immunization requirements for schools established by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) and the State of Oklahoma for the 2021-2022school year.
Your student’s immunization record can be viewed on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
If you have updated immunization records, please send them to the email address listed below before the end of school – May 28, 2021.
Please note:
● All students entering the 7th grade in 21-22 school year will be required to provide
documentation of a Tdap booster (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) given at age 10 years
or above.
This record can be emailed to immunizations@edmondschools.net
● Your student will not be allowed to pick up their school schedule until all
immunization requirements are met.
Additional information regarding how to meet the immunization requirements can be found on this website.
