PEACE & LOVE
Learning to live in peace is an ongoing process of education
There are many other elements in our behavior that come into play when we talk about peace and how it is achieved and maintained: forgiveness, caring, sharing, positive communication, tolerance, citizenship, embracing diversity, cultural unity, caring for all living things, individuality, freedom, and so much more.... We learned about all of these a little bit at a time during this week but is an ongoing lesson that will never end. Every single day we are in contact with these values from interacting with our family, our educators and the world around us.
Thank you Karim for Sharing!
Karim brought some dinosaur bags with little toy dinosaurs inside! Karim told us that this surprise is for practice our counting skills at home.
Great Idea!

Amazing Dinosaurs!!
Ms. Ginni showed us her treasure box this week and it was full of "REAL" and amazing things related to Dinosaurs. This objects gave us a glimpse of life on Earth million years ago, when Dinosaurs ruled!
We saw very cool replicas, with authentic size and shape. we also learned important facts about each replica.
We explored:
1. A T-Rex tooth
2. An Oviraptor egg.
3. A Velociraptor nail.
4. A Triceratop nail.

Outdoor Fun
The Ice Age!!
Using a plastic container half filled with water, the children went around to finding dinosaurs that they wanted to freeze and dropped them in. We did this many times, using various sized containers and all sorts of dinosaurs!
A few hours later and they were desperate to see what had happened to the water and objects.
Some of them said: “It’s ice Ms. Ginni!” “It’s so hard!” “It’s very cold” “I can’t get them back out, they’re stuck in it!”
We took turns dropping water in the "Ice Dinosaur Cake" trying to defrost some of the ferocious creatures!
Dinosaur Safari at ISP!!!!
We went to a Dinosaur Safari right here at ISP... can you believe this!!! and we compared dinosaurs to animals of today.
We took our binoculars and clipboards to record everything with lots of details.
Of course when we went back to the classroom from this Dinosaur Safari adventure, we really believed that these prehistoric giants were once again roaming the earth!
Dinosaur Safari was definitely the highlight of our week!
