Beginning the week of April 13, meal pickup will be three days a week – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the 33 campus locations. GISD’s Student Nutrition Services will send home information to families on how to store and reheat food items.

We have attached to this memo (at the top) a link to the list of teachers' posted office hours and the best way to reach them. I hope this helps simplify how to get in touch with teachers and when they are available. The posted office hours can be used for parents and students to get an immediate response to questions about concepts, instruction and to just check in with the teachers and other staff.

School Picture Information from Lifetouch
Our labs and offices are closed but we do have a few of us still working. All packages are being held at my office or our lab for now. The plan is to have the packages shipped to the schools and UPS or FedEx will follow each district/campus request for deliveries. As of today, we are hopeful that all packages will be delivered to the schools before the end of the school year.
Spring pics were taken on 2/27th: Once our labs are back up and running all of the packages will be delivered to the school.
Kinder cap/gown pics were canceled: Any of your parents that might have pre-paid online for the cap/gown pictures will receive a refund. They should receive it in the next few weeks.
Should any of your parents need to place an order or are in need of customer service. Please have them call our Customer service 1-800-736-4753 Hours Monday–Friday 8 a.m.– 8 p.m., EST or go to mylifetouch.com and use the Live Chat, but please allow time for a response as our Customer Service teams may be impacted by COVID-19-related closures as well.
