Social Emotional Learning Screening Results in SIS Portal (grades 3-5)
This fall, students in grades 3-5 began participating in screening using the Social, Academic, and Emotional Behavior Risk Screener (mySAEBRS). The purpose of this SEL screener is to measure the big picture of the student experience at Lindbergh Schools and identify individual students who may need additional support in the areas of academic, emotional, and social skills.
It is important to note that these surveys provide only a glimpse or snapshot of a student's response on the day when the survey was administered. No data point should ever be used as a sole indicator when determining the needs of students.
To access your student’s SAEBRS results on the SIS Portal:
Log on to the SIS Portal with your username and password.
Note: Your username is your email address on file. If you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgot your parent password?” on the Parent tab.
Under Current Academics (left side menu) - select Assessments. Assessments can only be viewed in a web browser (mobile or desktop) and not the SIS app.
Select the title of the Assessment you want to view.
Attached, please find the Guide to Interpreting SAEBRS Results.

Staying Healthy During Flu Season
The holiday season means an increased risk for respiratory illness, but there are steps we can take to stay healthy.
Stay home when you are sick. This is the most important way to keep our friends and coworkers safe and protected.
Testing is one of our best tools to prevent the spread of COVID-19, along with getting vaccinated and boosted.
Learn when and how to take an at-home COVID-19 test here.
The CDC recommends that children age 6 months and older should get a Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. The CDC also recommends boosters for children age 5 and up, at least 5 months after their second shot.
The CDC estimates that between 6,000 and 26,000 children younger than 5 are hospitalized each year in the United States due to influenza. The flu vaccine is safe and helps protect children from flu.
Did you know? Improving ventilation in your home can help you reduce virus particles and prevent respiratory viruses from spreading.

Nominate a Special Lindbergh Teacher for #TeacherProud Tuesday
Calling all students, parents, and community members: Lindbergh Schools wants your nominations for #TeacherProud Tuesday! Tell us about a teacher who works in our schools who has made a difference in your life, and they might be selected to be featured on social media as part of #TeacherProud Tuesday, a statewide social media initiative that is designed to recognize outstanding teachers and promote public education. On the second Tuesday of each month, Missouri school districts will recognize a #TeacherProud Tuesday honoree for going above and beyond, and making a difference in the lives of students.
