What to do this week?

  • Check your gradebook. If you see zeros or forgot to complete assignments from last week, turn them in asap.
  • Start working on your Final Project. You can access the description of your Final through Leaning Modules
    NO translators for your Final. Using Translator results in automatic "zero". Everything you need for Final project is in your class.
    If you have any questions about Final
  • Your Final Project is due January 5 by midnight.
  • Conversation sessions are required until December 14.
  • We are going to have conversation sessions next week, December 18-21. The two weeks in January conversation sessions are optional and if students attend, they will be counted as bonus which is a great way to boost grade.
  • End of the Russian 1 class is January 12.

  • Course work - 75%
  • Final project - 25%

Добрый день!
Доброе утро! - is used in the morning.
Добрый вечер! - is used in the evening

How to say where you are from:
Я из Шарлота, штат Северная Каролина

School Slide - use your school project:
Я учусь в школе - I study at school
Я люблю математику и историю (remember school subjects have to be in Accusative case which means feminine nouns get endings -y, -ю . Masculine nouns do not change)
Математика - трудный предмет.
Русский язык - лёгкий предмет.
