Fall - Education MN Break
As a change this year, school will be in session on Thursday, October 17th. This will be an early release day for students in both buildings. At the middle/high school, we will be running a mock flexible learning day where students will practice the process they will use at home for our Flexible (E-Learning) Days throughout the winter. It will be great for the teachers and students to practice this together in the building - with tech support! We will also have our evacuation drill that morning. It will be a busy half day for us. Students will be dismissed at 12:20 and have Friday, October 18th off.

Athletic Pairing with Ellsworth
The past two weeks have been busy as we look toward our athletic pairing with Ellsworth. Mr. Kruger and Mrs. Huisman have been working together to create a winter schedule and make the transition a smooth one for everyone involved. Our students have shown great success in the pairings of softball, baseball, wrestling, and the new addition of football this year. We are excited to welcome the Ellsworth students to our teams and can't wait to see what the Adrian Ellsworth Dragons can accomplish together. Go Dragons!!!

Our students continue to learn about and demonstrate Dragon PRIDE. We believe the lifelong attributes of Preparation, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Enthusiasm are characteristics the will lead to lifelong success. The last Friday of the month is our PRIDE Celebration day. During advising, student who have been recognized for showing these traits are entered into a drawing. Classwide dollars are also given to classes that engage and take charge of their learning in a positive way. The JUNIORS were our first group to win a trip to first place in the lunch line for their hard work. Congrats Juniors!!!
