Holiday Concert

Tuesday, Dec. 19th, 5:30pm

2710 Lineville Road

Green Bay, WI

The Kindergarten Holiday Concert will be at Bay Port at 5:30. Please have your child there by 5:20 so they can go to the assigned area to get ready for the concert. Each family is being asked to bring in a dozen cookies for the cookie social in the commons after the concert!

Oh boy we have snow!! Here are a few reminders about the snow!

  • Please remember to send shoes and boots with your child each day. They are welcome to keep a pair of shoes at school in case they ever forget.
  • They play outside for 30 minutes and then again for 15 minutes. Their mittens often get very wet. Please consider thick gloves or mittens so their hands stay warm.
  • Sometimes our socks get wet, so it might be a good idea to put an extra pair in their backpacks.
  • Along with the cold air comes chapped lips. If you want your child to have chapstick at school that is fine. I would consider labeling it so it doesn't get mixed up with another child's.
  • Snow pants can stay at school throughout the week if you like. Please label your child's snow pants if you can. We have a lot of black ones!!!

Weekly Reminders

  • On Tuesday we will be having our rehearsal at Bay Port in the afternoon. If you are expecting to pick up your child early for any appointments please let me know in the morning.
  • Next Wednesday we will have a laid back/pajama day! We will be watching a movie with our kinder friends and singing some Christmas songs. This is an event they earned for achieving our Timbertail Token goal!
  • Polar Express is on Friday next week. If you are joining your child please make sure to send back the slip so I am able to better prepare for how many adults we may have in our room! You and your child are welcome to wear pajamas to the event as well!!
  • If you decided to purchase a gift for our classroom you may begin sending those in next week on Monday. We will open the gifts on Friday afternoon.
  • If you would like to help wrap gifts that were purchased for our family in need please let me know. Mrs. Zehms got a nice start on them today! Thanks!!!
