7 Mindsets Challenge!
When was the last time you told someone you loved how thankful you were for them?As busy humans, we are susceptible to what psychologists call “adaptation”, which makes it easy for our brains to take important people in our lives for granted…but we shouldn’t let that override the opportunity to express gratitude for one another.
This is a challenge for you and your children to do something out of your ordinary routine.
1. First, watch this video about the superpower of using video to express
your appreciation for someone.
2. Then, thank someone in your live who is important to you. But, I don't
want you to email or text them or even send a card! I want you to send
a video!
3. Tell them why they matter so much to you. What do they do that you
appreciate? How does what they do impact your life? Thanking and
expressing love to the people in our lives is a cornerstone to make the
world a little bit better than we left--and making ourselves better for a
lifetime.
Will your family accept the challenge? :-)
