SOLE - Self Organised Learning Environments

What is a SOLE?

Big Questions.......,music to my ears!!

"A Self-Organized Learning Environment, or SOLE, can exist anywhere there is a computer, Internet connection, and children who are ready to learn. In a SOLE, educators pose Big Questions to students. With the help of the Internet and Granny Cloud volunteers around the world, students discover the answers and new ways of thinking. Anyone can create a SOLE."

What is Positive Psychology?

Some food for thought in this day and age..........Co-founded by Martin Seligman, the goal of positive psychology is to make normal life more fulfilling. It asks the question.."What is right with you?", rather than " What is wrong with you?". It is based on the 5 pillars of well being: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Accomplishment. Watch the video for a more thorough explanation.
