As of this writing, about 700 students in WSD participated in the Hour of Code.

Globally, 80 MILLION people have tried it so far!

The Hour of Code site, will stay up. I've already heard from some of you couldn't get to it yet, but that you're planning to do it after the break.

New Updates and Announcements From Google

1. Tables inserted into Google Docs now work on iPads! (phew)

2. Coming soon- Google My Maps will be added to Drive

3. Add numbers to slides when creating presentations. "People using Google Slides can now add slide numbers to their presentations, providing a reference guide for both presenters and audiences."

4. Teachers now have the right to EDIT during the entire Assignment process in Google Classroom!
