KINDERGARTEN
Mrs. Campi - Luke Romano
Luke is our BRIGHT student for this month! Luke works hard to do his best work every day. He takes his time on all of his work and tries to do his very best. He attends all of his virtual lessons and is an active participant. You have been doing a great job, Luke! We are so happy to have you as part of our Kindergarten class this year!
Mrs. Ramsey - Caroline Ellison
Caroline is our BRIGHT student this month! She is such a hard worker and takes her time to do her best on everything! Caroline attends virtual lessons and is always willing to answer questions. I have seen so much growth in Caroline since the beginning of the school year. I'm so proud of your effort you are putting forth. Keep up the fabulous work, Caroline!
FIRST GRADE
Mrs. Barch - Nicole Barrera
Nicole is our BRIGHT student for the month of November! Nicole is a very hard worker! She follows lesson directions carefully, and completes her assignments with neatness and creativity. She attends all of her virtual lessons. Nicole is an eager to learn, motivated student who enjoys a challenge. Nicole, thank you for being such a stellar student! Your smile and enthusiasm always brighten my day! I am so happy to have you in my 1st grade class this year!
Mrs. Specht - Mia Henry
Mia is the BRIGHT student this month. Mia works very hard on her assignments and submits thoughtful, creative work. She does her best on everything and loves to learn new things. Mia attends and is an active participant in all virtual lessons. She completes work on time and asks questions when needed. Mia is an excellent first grader. Great job, Mia!
Mrs. Knox - Daniel Fermin
Daniel is our BRIGHT student for this month. Daniel goes above and beyond when completing his assignments and makes sure to always submit his best quality work. He puts forth great effort and does a fantastic job following directions. Thank you, Daniel, for your outstanding dedication to school! Keep up the good work!
SECOND GRADE
Ms. Donegan - Aedan Casey
Aedan is this month's BRIGHT student. Aedan is a hard worker who communicates well with me and always fully participates in virtual lessons. He is the first to raise his hand to answer a question or to volunteer to read aloud. He also reads and responds to Homeroom annoucements regularly. Aedan is doing a wonderful job in second grade so far, and I am confident he will continue to do so. Way to go, Aedan!
Ms. Harris - Hurley Cooper
Hurley is our BRIGHT student for the month of November. Hurley is a super student who always does his best work and submits his work on time. When Hurley comes to our virtual lessons he does a fantastic job participating in all of our lesson activites. He puts extra effort into his school work each day and his reading skills have come along in leaps and bounds since September!! I am so proud of you, Hurley! Way to go!
Mrs. Victorious - Isabella Kaufmann
Isabella is our BRIGHT student for the month of December. It is always so nice to see Isabella in virtual lessons. She comes with a smile on her face and ready to participate. She gives many thoughtful and creative responses in the chat room, as well as when responding to questions and writing prompts in lesson assignments. Keep up the great work, Isabella! You are doing a wonderful job this year in second grade.
THIRD GRADE
Mrs. Ault - Levi Berk
Levi is our BRIGHT student for this month! Levi does an awesome job in our virtual lessons. He is always participating and encourages his classmates. He's a hard worker and been a pleasure to have in class this year so far. Keep up the great work, Levi! I am very proud of you.
Ms. Chickerino - Mia Sarago
Mia is our BRIGHT student of the month. Mia is new to PALCS this year and has caught on very quickly. She always attends and participates in our virtual lessons. She works ahead on her assignments and she always tries her very best! Keep up the good work Mia. I am proud of you!
Mrs. Martino - Nicolas Kozlowski
Nicholas is our BRIGHT student for November! He tries his best in all his lessons, and attends all his virtual lessons in the chat room. Nicholas shows motivation and is encouraging to others. He is shining bright this year! Keep up the great work, Nicholas!
FOURTH GRADE
Mr. Cooper - James Martin
James is our BRIGHT student for the month of November! James
is an extremely passionate student and there is not a single assignment or
lesson that I have seen him unexcited to complete. I look forward to reading
what he has to say and how he has creatively expressed himself in his work!
James is one of the first students to enter chat and one of the last students
to leave because he has so many questions and comments to make about what we
have learned! I am so proud of the progress he is making and I appreciate his
friendly attitude when we are in the chat room!

Mrs. Modge - Noelle Ebersole
Noelle is our BRIGHT student for the month of November. I can always expect Noelle to have a well constructed and thoughtful response to all assignments. She completes work to the best of her ability, and always on time! Noelle actively engages in virtual chats and is a great role model to her classmates. I see great things for Noelle in fourth grade! Keep up the great work, Noelle! I am so proud of you!
Mr. Packer - Kayla Meketa
Kayla is our BRIGHT student for the month of November. Kayla's school work is very important to her, and she is quite bright! It is very evident when interacting with her in the live virtual setting, as well as grading authentic work of hers, that she enjoys taking part in the learning process. She consistently takes responsibility for her own learning by engaging with a positive attitude during virtual lessons, and she also shows a consistent and exceptional work ethic in the moodle courses. Kayla, I am so proud of what a fine cyber student you are becoming! Keep up the great work!
FIFTH GRADE
Mr. Clausen - Isabella Wenzel
Isabella is our Bright student for the month of November! She is nominated for many reasons. She always reaches for excellence and is a straight "A" student. She is fun and respectful in all chats. She comes to Lesson Help to improve her skills. But most of all it is for her ongoing dedication. She recently participated in a live chat when she had to go outside and it was below freezing! Ms. Owens - Sierra Sedeno Vaughn
Sierra is our BRIGHT student for the month of November! Sierra has shown her dedication to excellence in every one of her classes. She brings a smile to her virtual lessons, which she attends faithfully. Sierra is always eager to participate in class, but also respectful to her classmates, and sends her answers in the "Host Box" to not spoil the participation for the other students! Not only is Sierra considerate, but she is also strong and sets an excellent example for her classmates both at PALCS and at the center she attends. Mr. Van Etten - India Huntley
India is our BRIGHT student of the month for November! India is new to PALCS this school year, and she has adapted well to the PALCS environment. She attends all of her virtual lessons and has made great progress across the board since September. India is always willing to read out loud and participates in her lessons. Even when faced with a challenge, India perseveres! Keep up the amazing work, India!
