Weekly Update
December 14-18
Snack
We will be communicating snack guidelines to parents this week, but please make sure you are following these guidelines:
*Students should only be given one serving of snack.
*Students must choose to eat either school snack or a healthy alternative they have brought from home. Snack is not an opportunity to eat a full meal. In addition, other "junk" snacks brought from home are not a substitute. Students may eat a healthy alternative (i.e. fruit, vegetable, cracker, etc.) or what we are serving.
*Students should not have afternoon snack in addition to a special treat (i.e. birthday party, ice cream on Friday, etc.).
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you for your help!
