Increasing Participation with Decreasing Attention Spans

It is often a challenge to provide students the environment to embrace learning a new concept or solving difficult problems when attention spans tend to be decreasing. Many of you may already be tired of reading this. Teachers are faced daily with factors out of their control that can impact classroom instruction. Developing an architecture of active participation is key to student success. Educators must adapt to keep students moving in the right direction. These two articles can provide food for thought.
