Behavioral Style
When I make decisions I tend to follow the Behavioral Style. People with that decision making style are sociable, friendly, supportive, have a talent for building teams, are action oriented and motivated by acceptance of peers and avoiding conflict. Others sometimes perceive my decision making style as wishy-washy, unable to say no, overly concerned with others or unable to make decisions. The best organizational fit for me is one that allows informality, with simple organization, and loose settings.
#1 Blue
I have a blue personality type. That means that I am very concerned with feelings, I am friendly, optimistic and nurturing. When I communicate I experess emotion, am mannerly and indirect. It frustrates me when others are negative, cause conflict, and are rude.
