Attendance
You may also call Teresa Spangler at 614-501-5500 to report an absence. Please do so as soon as you aware that the child will not be here. Thank you!
End of the day pick up procedures
We will no longer be dismissing students from the front office in the afternoon. If your child is a car rider, you must use the car rider loop for pick up. We are trying to dismiss over 600 students in a very short amount of time so the office needs to be quiet and clear of confusion. Walkers and bike riders will be dismissed out of Door 2 each day. We appreciate your cooperation in getting all of our students home safely!
Breakfast Lunch Accounts
Each child in your family can be set up on the same account. If you decide to put money on your child’s cafeteria account, there is a minimum deposit amount of $20.00. The internet convenience fee will be paid for by the Food Service department. Once the money is put on the account, it typically appears in your child’s lunch account within 4 hours.

Change of Address
Changes in Residency, Contact Information or Custody
All residency and custody changes must be reported to Reynoldsburg City School’s Welcome Center, located at 1555 Graham Rd., within 10 days of the legal date change. Providing information directly to your child’s school is NOT sufficient notification.
Any change in residency - moving anywhere within or out of Reynoldsburg City School District boundaries - requires new proof of residency be presented in the form of a signed lease, settlement statement, or notarized friends or family affidavit, AND a current utility bill, paystub or official mail.
Custody changes – including divorce, new, or changes in existing shared parenting plans or Grandparent’s POA (filed) – require finalized court papers to be on file, in accordance with Ohio law.
Failure to present required documents to the Welcome Center within 10 days will constitute a falsification of applications and/or enrollment documents resulting in denial of all new or existing Open Enrollment, Intra-district Agreement, or School of Choice requests.
