2. Reach out to at least 100 people and have at least 100 conversations and YOU will become a member of the 1st Impressions 100 Club! This will be a special group that has a special facebook group...will get extra coaching from me (if you want it of course..lol), will pace together to go and do AMAZING things with their business this year AND depending on the size AND what this group does, we'll have a special reception for YOU...our 1st Impressions 100 Club at Hoopla. We might even get Danielle to join us! ** Send me your list of 100 via email: clmcgraw@gmail.com
** I'll know you're doing this when I see your Trunk Show Pipeline grow and you're signing people up. Hello layered income for you! Post who's going or it on our 1st Impressions Facebook Pages: US: https://www.facebook.com/groups/224847214205727/

If you have 2 trunk shows this month and you are qualified for the month..you get your name entered in the drawing for THE SHIFT. **Shows must be logged into the lounge with orders by 1/31 and you must be qualified for the month (min. of $500/£600 in sales for the entire month)

I love Star Michelle Whitney's Note Encouraging All to Set Their Goals!
THE GRASS IS GREENER WHERE YOU WATER -- LOVE this! So true. It’s applicable in our personal lives and CRUCIAL in our Stella & Dot businesses. Now the big question…. WHAT are YOU WATERING?
Last week I spent some quiet time (I actually went to the library to do this so I could be completely focused) reflecting on (1) my strengths and weaknesses of 2013 and (2) Short Term (Jan-Mar.) and Long Term (Jan.-Dec.) Goals for 2014.
Here are my goals:
Short Term:
*Mail 5 Look Books to potential hostesses every Monday.
*Follow up with each on Thursday and Friday.
*Invite 5 prospects to each Monthly Meeting.
*Minimum of 4 Trunk Shows per month.
Long Term:
*52 Trunk shows in 2014 (I got this idea from Lindsay Walsh – an average of 1 per week)
*Get paid at Star Pay Rank 8 out of 12 months.
*Sponsor 12 new Stylists.
What are your goals?
I encourage you to each REALLY think about (1) What do you want out of your business? What does “success” look and feel like for you? (2) What specific steps do you need to take to make this happen?
- Be VERY specific.
- POST your Goals in your workspace. Create a “thermometer” or some kind of check list. It is always rewarding to fill these in and a GREAT daily reminder to keep you eye on the prize!
- SHARE your goals with your upline, your partner, mother, father and/or good friend. Anyone and everyone who will keep you accountable! (I shared them with you, so keep me accountable!)
- E-MAIL your upline to set a time to get together or talk about your business. We'd love to hear what’s important to you, what support you’d like and how we can help you meet your goals.
Last year was the 3rd Hoopla I’d attended. I learn a TON each year but this past year there was one “tid-bit” that I keep thinking about. I took notes and put them in a spreadsheet for you -see attached.
Tysh Mefferd (only Diamond Director in Stella & Dot, largest team and last NOVEMBER made $118,000 in commission!!!) shared her #’s. This is a snap-shot of her paycheck for the past 5 April’s. 2 interesting points… #1 she’s making a TON OF $$$$! #2 a VERY SMALL percentage of her paycheck is from her personal sales. She is definitely out doing lots of trunk shows ($14,000 in sales in April of 2013), but what is the biggest contributor to her paycheck is taking the time to sponsor, train and mentor her team.
When you are thinking about what your financial goals are in 2014 – spend some time looking at this. What would sponsoring a few friends, neighbors, colleagues, relatives, customers and hostesses do to your bottom line in 2014?
Xo’s,
michelle
