J/J's AMAZING CHORUS!

Miss Steinbach and Mrs. Holster are excited to share the 4th and 5th grade winter chorus concert video, filmed on February 9!

A big thank you to Mr. Nieratko, Mrs. daGraca and Mrs. Perrault for their administrative support. We also send our appreciation to all the faculty, staff, and custodians who help make this happen. Thank you to all the families for your support of your children's music education.

Lastly, but most importantly, Mrs. Holster and Miss Steinbach would like to thank all the chorus members for their hard work, their willingness to give up their recess, and their dedication to chorus. We love working with all of you!

Plank Road Publishing, the owner of the copyright on this music, has graciously given their permission for Jordan/Jackson Elementary School to post this concert. We hope all our families enjoy the show. We do not have permission to share the concert on social media and kindly ask that families refrain from posting as it is a violation of the copyright law.

A NOTE FROM OUR NURSES ABOUT STUDENT PHYSICAL EXAMS

Dear Parents/Guardians of Grade 3 Students,

Under Massachusetts General Law, Mansfield Public Schools requires documentation of physical exams in grades Pre K, K, 4, 7, 10 and each year for high school sports eligibility. All students entering Grade 4 in the fall (school, year 2022 - 2023) are required to provide the school with a copy of a recent physical exam.

We will accept any exam done after January 2022 (second half of 3rd grade and any exam taking place during the 4th grade year). Please send a copy to your school nurses’ office after the exam takes place.

If your child is due for a physical, please schedule this as soon as possible. If you need any information regarding the above requirements or would like information about health insurance, please call the Jordan/Jackson Health Office at (508) 261-7520.
