Lastly, I would like to give a “Huge Thank You” to our students, staff, and parents for a great start to this school year. Remember: We are “One Team, One Goal, and No Limits”

2022-2023 Title I Parent and Family Engagement Stakeholder’s Input Survey
Chapel Hill Middle School is a Title I school, and as the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title I school you are an important part of the Title I team. Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the parental engagement program and activities in our school. The focus of all Title I programs is to help eligible students meet the same high academic achievement standards expected of all children. The following survey is confidential and will be used to assist us with future planning for parental involvement activities and events at our school.
All surveys may be completed online at FY23 DCSD Title I Parent Family Engagement Survey.
We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
School Hours and Attendance

It is the parents responsibility for supervision prior to 8:15 am. Students who are not eating breakfast will need to enter the building near the car rider area. Students who are eating breakfast will enter the building near the baseball field. All students should be at school no later than 8:45 am to ensure that they get to class on time.
