My Pavlova

Ingredients
5 Egg whites
250 Grams of castor sugar
1tbs of white wine vinegar
1tbs of corn flour
1tbs of vanilla essence
Method
1. Turn the oven to 180 degrees. Line a oven pan with baking paper. Put the egg whites into a bowl or mixer and mix until small white peaks appear
2.pour sugar by quarters and mix again until light and shiny
3. Add the vinegar, flour and vanilla
4. Mix for about a minute and pour out into pan and shape into a cake shape and put in oven turn down to 130 degrees
Serve with fruit of choice.
