Survey regarding Underage Drinking and Substance Abuse/Misuse
The Middlesex County Coalition for Healthy Communities is requesting our help in completing a survey, which is designed to learn about the beliefs and attitudes in our community about underage drinking and substance abuse/misuse. While this survey has been conducted for 11 years, this is the first year that it is available online. They are asking that Middlesex County schools (staff and families), as well as other community groups, participate to help guide prevention efforts in our community.
The survey is only to be completed by adults 18 and older. It is optional, anonymous, and brief (15 yes/no questions). Thank you for your time!
The survey can be accessed by going to https://wellspringprevention.org/coalition-for-healthy-communities/community-survey.
