Does it ever feel like life is just one big waiting game? We wait in lines at the grocery store, airport, amusement parks etc., — there is even a room called “waiting” at a doctor’s office. In every instance, the time we wait far outweighs what we are actually waiting for. I know that I am not alone in this, but I have a really hard time waiting, especially for good things.


When I am still and wait patiently, it can be so hard and frustrating, but each time God never lets me down. He is faithful, and in the end, I experience the exact blessing and perfect timing he wants for me all along. I have been waiting a long time for one desire in particular and I am still waiting. But I know the Lord is working on just what I need but while I wait, I have to trust and do His will.


Please pray with me as we continue to wait and pray for His perfect timing:


Father,


Today I pray for those waiting to hear long awaited news or an answer to a prayer. I pray that while we wait, we turn to you for comfort. I pray that anxiety and stress may be lessened as we navigate the time of uncertainty. I pray that you stay close to us as we wait and that we continue to do your will along the way.

So many of the wonderful possibilities for our students and staff stem from our incredibly generous volunteers who offer their time and talent both in and out of the classrooms. To ensure that all of our students are safe, we follow the guidance by the Diocese and require every volunteer that spends time with our children to complete both the Background Check and VIRTUS Training prior to completing their commitment. We must follow this protocol to remain in compliance. If you have already completed your training and backgroung check, you only need to do this once. If you have not completed these requirements, you will not be able to participate in the activities until both are confirmed complete. If you need further direction, please contact Mrs. Davister, our School Secretary, for assistance.

Food Service Volunteers Wanted!

Food service volunteers and staff members have flexible hours that allow parents to be home with their children.
