A Letter From Your Teacher
This month, we will continue with our mystery unit. Our novel studies are in full swing and we are enjoying reading and writing mysterious stories and poems. Students are also actively researching the mysteries of South America in Social Studies. In addition, they are looking forward to our upcoming CSI Investigation and our Mystery Lunch Theater. Furthermore, we will continue to explore the mysteries of coding as time permits.
Your kiddos have moved on to Life Science with Ms. Phillips and they are beginning a fun unit of bowling with Mr. Larkin in PE! On November 24th, all 6th grade students will participate in an exciting field trip to the Brunswick Zone. This will serve as a summative assessment as students bowl and keep their own scores without the computer monitors.
I wish you many blessings this holiday season and safe travels to those of you who are leaving the Denver area. Our family will celebrate here in Highlands Ranch but we will be thinking of family and friends who are miles away.
Happy Thanksgiving!
