November 30th - December 4th
Over the next few weeks we will be discussing Advent and the meaning of Christmas. We will be reading a cute book called Mooseltoe by Margie Palatini and doing a story map, beginning/middle/end and a character development activity.
Phonemic Awareness skills: initial sounds, rhyming, and blending with syllables.
We are continuing with our writing journal where students are able to illustrate and create sentences. Students are adding more detail to both their illustrations and writing.
