SES Alerts and Push Notifications

As I mentioned in my last week's email, you should be receiving a push notification when the newsletter is published on the site/app. Several people emailed me and shared they were not getting the notifications. That feedback was helpful. Please be sure you have selected STUDLEY in your settings, so you are kept up to date of all the posts and day to day happenings. If you need any help with this, please reach out.

Kindergarten 2023-2024 Information Night

It's that time of year again when we start thinking about next year's KINDERGARTENERS! If you know anyone who will be entering K for the 2023-2024 school year, please let them know about the Information Night on March 2nd. It will be held at each elementary school for their incoming students.

SES at the Providence Bruins

Some of our fourth graders performed at the Provodence Bruins game on Friday night.Thank you to Mr. Clavette for organizing a wonderful event for our 4th graders. The students were absolutely amazing. What's even more impressive was how they behaved and demonstrated what it means to be Studley Stars. Thank you to Mrs. Lamonica for assisting throughout the night! Such a great opportunity for our students and Studley community.

Attention 4th Grade Families

Our "Step Up" ceremony for our fourth graders will take place on the LAST day of school (which is an early release). Currently the last day is scheduled for June 14th but would need to be adjusted if we had any closings.

Also, as a reminder, please complete the survey that was sent home about the music options in the middle school. The deadline to complete the survey is TUESDAY, February 14th.

Student Centered Coaching

As a district, we have been focusing on student learning coaching cycles. Lynne Marcet, our Instructional Coach, and I will be sharing some of the work we have been doing at our PTO meeting on Wednesday the 15th. We will also be spotlighting this work at the February 27th School Committee meeting.

Grade 2 Swim

Swim continues this week. Due to the early release on Friday, there is NO SWIM on Friday. Mrs. Patrone's class will join the Wednesday group for this week only. Please reach out with any questions.

A Night to Discover

You are all invited to a A Night to Discover. This district wide event will showcase student learning at all levels across all schools. We are very excited for this awesome community event at the new high school.
