Happy Easter Weekend!


Don't forget, there will be no school on Monday, April 22nd. As a result, we will not have library next week.


Our ABC Countdown starts Tuesday! Only 26 more school days remain until Summer Vacation!


Next week, we will not have homework book bags. Our schedule has changed with MAP Testing and I didn't get to assess all students to determine current reading levels. Homework book bags will come home starting Monday, April 29th. If your child has not returned their book bag, please do so on Tuesday.

Field Trip

Field Trip

Yesterday, I sent home permission slips regarding a field trip we will be taking on Friday, April 26th. We will be attending an Earth Day event here on Fort Leonard Wood. Please return permission slips by Wednesday.


If you want to attend, you must have a volunteer form on file with the district. If you are unsure if you have one or not, please let me know. If you are planning to attend, please put that information on the permission slip. This information will be important to me when I start preparing our field trip items.
