A Jewish Nightmare

November 9th, 1938 was a night Jewish people throughout the German Reich will never be able to forget.Earlier in the day Herschel Grynszpan, a seventeen-year-old residing in Paris, shot and killed a member of the German Embassy in protest of the abuse his family had suffered. In response to this, Nazi forces had taken it upon themselves to terrorize Jewish communities, destroying and looting their homes, businesses, and Synagogues. Women and children were brutalized and killed, and men round up to be sent to concentration camps.
